Working in partnership providing for-profit consulting services for more than 10 years, we formed the Project Management Response Team as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to provide reduced-cost or pro-bono services to assist state and local agencies, non-profits, and small businesses in need that lack funding for project management services.
Our team is composed of seasoned project managers from all industries, backgrounds, and education. This team’s goal is to provide project and program management-related services to organizations that most align with the skills of our resource base and demonstrate financial need. As a team of professionals and service-driven, global citizens, we have developed this program to standardize our service delivery and identify the best ways to help manage the needs of those who seek our help.
We will evaluate those we serve based on service needs and financial capacity. We will measure our success based on a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our ability to provide services to our clients with dedication, professionalism, and exceptional service. The team will provide best-practice project management services that are aligned to the style best-suited to the client’s needs.
